What is your shipping policy?
WH Curvz sources fashions from around the globe to bring you the very best prices and selections. Even so, we can provide free shipping on most items by utilizing “Point of Origin” shipping. For items that do require shipping charges, you can still get free shipping with any purchase of $75 or more.
Standard free shipping normally arrives within 7 to 15 days. Faster delivery options are available, but require additional charges.
If your items don’t arrive within the standard shipping times windows, you can request a 5% discount coupon good towards your next order.
Most stock is shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. Sorry, but we cannot ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Orders shipped to post office boxes are delivered by USPS only and can take longer to arrive.

What is "Point of Origin" Shipping?
On most products a significant amount of overhead gets added when shipping from the place a product is manufactured and a retailers holding warehouses. Add to that the cost of maintaining a retail location. Because we source from around the globe we’ve innovated our supply chain by implementing Point of Origin shipping whenever possible.
With Point of Origin shipping we eliminate the unnecessary overhead of shipping to and maintaining holding warehouse or retail locations. By shipping directly to you from the factory, we cut out the middleman bloat, thereby saving the costs of someone else's overhead. As a result, we pass on those savings to our customers … that’s you!
Point of Origin shipping eliminates the extra costs of shipping to and from holding warehouse, retail space and the middlemen and allows us to pass those savings on to you.
What is your returns poilicy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
All returns MUST be in new, and unused condition. Items cannot be returned if washed or worn and must be in original packaging with tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original box, and in new condition.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of earrings, cosmetics, lingerie sets, panties, tights or similar intimate items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
Bras and bralettes may be returned or exchanged with tags attached and no visible signs of wear.
You're responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked.
RWH Curvz is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You are responsible for return shipping fees, and will not be reimbursed for your return postage
